In line with the vision of HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, may God preserve him, to assume responsibility for the Emiratisation, create opportunites and invest in national youth manpower, Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources allocates its electronic platform “Bank of Creative Ideas” to receive all your ideas, suggestions and innovative solutions to meet the requirements of the next stage and support the Emirate’s employment efforts.

You will be able, through this platform, to present all ideas and initiatives that would contribute to developing solutions that serve the employment industry in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Mechanism of Participation in the Creative Ideas Bank

• Presenting the ideas through the “Ideas Bank” page on the website of the Directorate.
• An email or SMS will be received after presenting the idea.
• The ideas and suggestions will be studied and evaluated by the Directorate.
• Direct communication will be conducted with the person who has presented the idea or suggestion if need be.
• Following up on the implementation of executable ideas under the supervision of specialized employees at the Directorate.
